When to Use It
Use Track when you:- Want a quick overview of your evidence base

Dashboard Overview
The Track dashboard shows:Evidence Base Widget
A summary card displaying:- Total Achievements — Number of logged achievements
- Revenue Impact — Total financial contributions
- Skill Coverage — Number of skills linked to achievements
Competency Trends
Sparkline charts showing skill progression over time. Each skill shows a mini trend line indicating how often you’ve used and developed that skill.Quick Links
Drill down into detailed modules:- Achievements — View and manage achievement records
- Revenue — See revenue contribution details
- Execute — Check action items and goals
How It Works
Track is a read-only overview — it aggregates data from other modules. To add or edit data:- Add achievements in Achievements
- Log revenue in Revenue Tracking
- Manage actions in Execute
Skill Sparklines
The skill sparkline section shows:- Your most-used skills
- Trend direction (up, flat, down)
- Time-based progression
Tips for Best Results
- Check regularly — Use Track as your evidence base health check
- Identify gaps — Low skill coverage? Add achievements in that area
- Track trends — Are you developing new skills or relying on old ones?
