How many achievements should I log?
Quality over quantity. Aim for:- 10-20 strong achievements for a solid foundation
- Cover the last 2-3 years
- Focus on impact, not activity
What if I can’t remember exact numbers?
Estimates are better than nothing:- Use approximate ranges (“approximately $500K”)
- Note that it’s an estimate
- Try to find documentation if possible
Should I log all achievements or just the big ones?
Log a mix:- Major wins — Big deals, promotions, awards
- Consistent impact — Steady revenue, retained accounts
- Development — New skills, certifications, leadership

How accurate is the ATS score?
The score is a prediction based on common ATS algorithms. It’s a useful indicator but not a guarantee — different ATS systems have different criteria. Use it as guidance, not an absolute measure.Should I use the AI-rewritten CV as-is?
No. Use it as a starting point:- Review and personalize the content
- Ensure it accurately reflects your experience

What if I get a “Hard Stop” verdict?
A hard stop indicates significant gaps. Consider:- Is this role a realistic target?

- Can you address the critical issues?
