**Goal:** Build a compelling case for promotion with evidence and coaching.

## Tracking OKRs and Proving Progress

  ### Link evidence as you go

  * After logging an achievement, link it to the relevant key result

  ### Create actions in Execute

  * For key results that are behind, create action items in Execute
  * Link actions to the related goal
  * Track your progress daily

  ### Review before 1:1s

  * Check your OKR progress before manager conversations
  * Use the evidence list to back up your numbers
  * Flag at-risk key results early

## Preparing for a Job Interview

**Goal:** Optimise your CV and practise for a specific interview.

  * Run the CV Optimizer with the job description
  * Review the gap analysis
  * Generate the optimised CV
  * Download the updated version

  ### Run the Interview Simulator

  * Go to Interview Simulator
  * Paste the same job description (or pick it from your saved roles)
  * Upload the CV you will submit
  * Run the simulation — answer honestly, as you would in the real interview

  ### Review the feedback

  * Note the weaknesses and gaps flagged
  * Identify questions you struggled with
  * Prepare stronger answers for those areas

  ### Run it again

  * Run a second simulation for the same role
  * Try to improve your score
  * Focus on the areas that were weak last time

  ### Get coaching (optional)
